Babies come into the world ready to learn. Children need parents and caregivers to read, write, sing, talk, and play with them every day in order for children to be ready for school and to be ready to learn how to read. This webinar offers a summary of early literacy as it applies to babies and toddlers, and offers suggestions for ways to support early literacy in enjoyable ways while sharing books throughout the day.
